Η electro house (προφέρεται: [ελέκτρο χάουζ]) είναι είδος ηλεκτρονικής χορευτικής μουσικής και ένα υποείδος της μουσικής house, που χαρακτηρίζεται από βαρύ μπάσο και τέμπο γύρω στα 125-135 μπιτ ανά λεπτό.[1] Ο όρος έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί για να περιγράψει τη μουσική πολλών DJ του DJ Mag Top 100, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των Μπένι Μπενάσι, Skrillex, Στιβ Αόκι και Deadmau5.[2][3][4]

Electro House rose to prominence in the early to mid 00's as a heavier alternative to other house subgenres that were prevalent at the time.
